VIP membership
An active VIP subscription unlocks available member-only episodes. Coin-exclusive series are separate and are not included.
Price and renewal
The selected price, currency and renewal interval are displayed before payment. A recurring subscription renews automatically at that interval unless canceled. The final checkout screen shows applicable charges.
Canceling
Open My space → Billing → Manage subscription to use the secure billing portal. Canceling future renewal keeps access until the end of the paid period shown in your account, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Coin purchases
Coins are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. The cost of each episode is shown before you choose to unlock it. The purchase is recorded on your account.
Payment confirmation
Access is activated only after the payment provider confirms payment. If your payment succeeds but access does not update, contact support with your purchase details.
